Terms and conditions:
- Request for return must be placed within 30 days from the day your bike is delivered.
- Your subscription will not be refunded, but you will have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will be contacted to schedule a pickup.
- Your MYX equipment must be received in its original working condition, and you are required to return everything you received. Excessive wear and tear will void the Home Trial.
- Refunds are initiated at the time of equipment pick up.
- May not be combined with other promotions or offers.
- NOTE: Please do not initiate a chargeback as an option for canceling your order. This can often hold your money for up to 75 days as the claim gets processed between MYX and your bank or credit card company.
